WHY DO BLACK WOMEN WEAR PERM AND WEAVE?

This question comes up SO FREAKING MUCH it's ridiculous! My question is, WHY DO NON BLACK WOMEN WEAR SO MUCH MAKE UP? I almost NEVA see non black women that don't wear make up, but i rarely see black women that DO wear make up! So black women wear weave while non black women wears make up! I guess we're even, MOST WOMEN AREN'T NATURAL PERIOD!
