Bioethics vs. psychology?

I want to become a doctor although I'm only in my sopre year. We are already planning or schedules for our junior year and as you may know this year is the most important one to show off your rigorous schedule. For an elective I'm already planning on taking human anatomy (which will help the doctor aspect of my goal) but don't know which one is better to also prove that I'm into the medical sciences. There is bioethics which is described as, "become aware of ethical issues and moral dilemmas stemming from science innovations." And then there is psychology, "an introduction into the fundamental principles of psychology and demonstrates how the study of human behavior is a science. a broad overview of the following topics: researce methods, biopsychology, levels of consciousness, learning, personality, memory, mental disorders, therapy methods, and more." Please help!
