Exrcise and meal advice??! Best answr gets 10pts?

if I run 2mi a day and lift weights and rock climb and swim and play a little bball is that considerd being very active?! Also what are some light and healthy breakfasts lunches and dinnners and maybe snacks? Can't b 2 heavy cuz need to work out right after all meals. Best answer gets 10pts
