What are the known serious/adverse side affects of Implanon?

I have had multiple health issues since I started on Implanon. Beginning with abdominal pain, then extreme urinary frequency, a pre-diabetic diagnosis, cancer, and now severe pelvic and low back pain. I finally realized I was in good health until I started the Implanon. I have been to doctor after doctor. Going to see a new gyn on Wed. as the one who inserted the Implanon recently closed his practice. Oh and how could I forget, when I had the surgery for the cancer I also had a partial hysterectomy because they found my right ovary and fallopian tube to be deformed for no apparrent reason. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it. So perhaps I can arm myself with this information before I go see the new gyn. Thanks
