I'm scared =( can any experienced birth control user, and formerly pregnant woman answer a couple questions?

It is most likely the change in birth control. But when I switched birth control I got pregnant. There must have been some kind of lapse. When I changed to the pill I took it like I was supposed to but something must have lapsed. If you are unsure take another test.
