What are the chances of being found guilty?

I ran in to an aquaitnance one weekend. she asked me to cash a check cuz she didnt have ID turns out the check was fake.so the clerk called the cops I went to the parking lot to tell her what was taking place. she takes off I watited for the cops .becouse cashing bad checks aint my mo. And I explained to the cop it was not my check I was cashing it as a favor I was arrested and charged with burglury in the second degree. they offered me not more than 160 days in jail 3years probation. How ever I have a prision prior .I decided to take this case to trial it caries up to 3 years and 1year enhancement due to the prision prior. I want to fight it but if I lose I can do up to 4 years for a bad decisin on a favor.I curently have 2 law suits in in the middle of with the NLRB AND EEOC that I dont want to blow by going to jail
