Vet school and being a mother!?

I'm expecting in 5 months and only a jr in high school. I love animals more than anything and it's always been my dream to go to vet school and eventually work with rescued animals. But with a baby and being so young, is that possible?? I just need some words of wisdom and if you can, tell me how it's possible...? (me and my baby's dad are still together but he's is in college, in a whole nother state and i don't want to wreck is future with football [which is going verrryyy well] by just handing "our" baby off to him and saying i have dreams of my own so 4get urs, ya know?)
