Pregnancy or going insane?

This is going to sound ridiculous but ive being having for only a couple of months now so im still quite new to it and ive always had protected (pill). A few months ago i had with my bf but forgot to take my pill the next day but took 2 pills the following day as thats what your supposed to do, feeling a bit worried i went to a pharmacy for the morning after pill and they advised me not to take it as it would be very unlikely that im pregnant, i went to the docs to get a perscription for more pills and while i was there i explained and asked him if im likely to be pregnant and he said no too, still not convinced i took a pregnancy test and it turned out negative, ive been having regular heavy periods but looking slightly bloated and experiencing twinges in my stomach, so my question is, am i going crazy? lol
