Does any one have any experience with Mycotic Dermetitis?

My iguana has Mycotic Dermetitis. This can be a fatal disease. Has anyone any experience with this fungus? If so how was it treated. My iguana is being treated by a certified reptile vet, and nothing has worked so far. Please help me.
